Jenny My Le is a native Houstonian and the Senior Vice President of Corporate Strategy at Osaic, one of the largest independent broker/dealer networks with more than 11,600 advisors focused on empowering entrepreneurial financial advisors to build amazing businesses. Her role is focused on incubating new capabilities and products and providing a data-driven lens for business decisions such as pricing, product cultivation, and technology platform competitiveness. Prior to Osaic, Jenny worked in Corporate Strategy and Business Operations at TIAA/Nuveen in New York and as a management consultant at Kearney.

She also serves as Board Chair for the Forte Foundation’s Alumni Leadership Council. The Forte Foundation is a 501(c)3 nonprofit focused on empowering more women to attain their MBAs and into business leadership positions.

Jenny has a BA in Government from Harvard College and an MBA in Strategy and Finance from Columbia Business School. She lives in Houston, TX with her husband Brian and her toddler Maya. In her spare time, she loves watching romantic comedies like Emily in Paris and running outside. She is a first generation college student and first in her family to attain an MBA and excited to share her insights with CLW attendees.
